Lady Gaga Planning 450-Date Tour

Lady Gaga is hoping to break records by embarking on a 450-date two-year tour.

U2 holds the record for the most attended, highest grossing tour, and Gaga wants to take the title.

A source told the Sun: “She is planning to kick things off in Asia and India next year and go on a gruelling world tour.

“As is always the case with Gaga, the plans came to her in her sleep. She has a target of 450 dates. It has never been done before, but she’s doesn’t think that’s a reason not to try.”

Gaga, who debuted the video for Marry The Night this week, has already started planning the stage design with Take That’s team.

Gaga has today revealed details of her upcoming music video release, plans to duet with Elton John and more information about her Born This Way tour. Whilst recording an interview for Alan Carr’s Chatty Man today, Lady Gaga has revealed she will record a duet with Elton John. She also revealed that her highly anticipated upcoming music video release for ‘Marry The Night’ is about when she was dropped from record label Def Jam.

Her Born This Way tour set will be designed around the Haus Of Gaga, which will be made and designed by The Haus.

Lady Gaga Says "Born This Way" Tour Will Be "Bigger And Better"

Lady Gaga has promised that her ‘Born This Way’ tour will be “bigger and better” than her previous live shows.The ‘Marry The Night’ star is currently putting the finishing touches to worldwide jaunt, which will see her return to the UK in 2012. “I just finished designing the stage and it’s bigger and better than ever. I’m so happy. I can’t wait to see you all there,” she said during an appearance on The X Factor.

The 2012 tour will share the same name as her recent album ‘Born This Way’, which has sold over seven million copies since its release earlier this year. Lady Gaga performed her new single ‘Marry The Night’ on the X Factor on Sunday (13th November). The ‘Born This Way’ star also shocked fans when she ran on stage to commiserate Kitty Brucknell after she was eliminated from the competition. Lady Gaga gave Kitty a hug and pulled her away to “go have a drink” during an interview on The Xtra Factor.
