Lady Gaga to perform at Delhi’s first F1 Grand prix

American pop sensation Lady Gaga has been signed up to play at India’s inaugural Formula One race next month, which will be held a newly-built circuit outside the capital New Delhi.

The colourful diva will perform at a concert after the Indian Grand Prix on Oct 30, organisers said in a press release on Saturday.

United States heavy metal outfit Metallica are also slated to play at an F1 Rocks gig in the satellite town of Gurgaon on Oct 28 as a lead-up to the race.

‘Formula 1 fans will be able to participate in a spectacle of performance from internationally acclaimed artistes who are travelling to India for the event,’ race organisers Jaypee Sports International said.
