Lady Gaga talks about "Marry The Night"
Lady Gaga has spoken about directing the music video for her next single Marry The Night, stating that it’s “autobiographical.”
The 25-year old, who is gearing up to release the track as the fifth cut from her hit LP Born This Way later this month, told India’s NDTV:
“I directed this video myself. This is my first directorial debut.”
“I’ve also directed a special that’s coming up in America around Thanksgiving, which I’m excited for you all to see.”She added: “It has been a wonderful experience… I’m looking forward to sharing this autobiographical video with the world. I’m very excited. It’s my favourite song off the album.”
Last month, Gaga was spotted shooting the promo in New York, dressed in black with a short blonde wig as she danced on the roof of a car in the pouring rain.In other Lady G news, the eccentric popstar and teen heartthrobs One Direction are tipped to perform on The X Factor results show later this month.The eccentric popstar and the boys – who came third on last year’s series of the talent show – are expected to take to the infamous stage on Sunday, November 13.

New York reports that the restaurant will hold court at 70 West 68th Street, the former location of Vince and Eddie’s. Smith offered up a cryptic statement when asked if he was cooking to be a part of Joanne; it’s neither a yes or a no, so it’s anyone’s guess as to whether or not he has signed on for this establishment.

Gaga was spotted doing some shopping in New Delhi, India this evening (October 28).
The “Yoü And I” songstress hit up the Dilli Haat mall, sporting a maroon dress, black heels, and sunglasses as fans and shutterbugs swarmed her.

Lady Gaga interviewed for Indian television
Gaga sat down with Indian television channels NDTV and IBNLive for an interview during her trip to India. In the first interview she spoke about Indian culture, its influence on some of her song remixes, and what she thinks of Bollywood.
In the second interview she spoke about how she had planned to visit India during the creative process of her album “Born This Way”.

Lady Gaga asked to wear lettuce dress by PETA
While she’s there, PETA India has a request: Would she mind wearing a dress made out of lettuce?
The animal activist group sent a letter to Mama Monster’s publicist in the hopes that the singer would promote vegetarianism by dressing in a garment made from the salad component, according to Reuters.
“If she agrees, we’ll make her a dress entirely of lettuce and held together by pins and threads. It will be a full length gown, and we’ll make sure it looks sexy,” a member of PETA India said in the letter. The group is also offering a person to spray water on the gown “so that it doesn’t wilt.”PETA was notably not pleased with Gaga’s meat dress, wondering if she would next wear “the family cat made into a hat.”
Gaga has yet to publicly respond to the lettuce dress offer. When asked what she would be wearing at her show Sunday, she told reporters, “I don’t want to spoil the surprise.” Could that be a hint that she will be wearing a perishable item? We’ll have to wait and see.
