"Bad Romance" is the official video of the decade

A few days ago, it was reported, that the video "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga, was one of the candidates for best video of the decade, a survey by Billboard.
Today (1 August) , poll was closed, and have released the results declared "Bad Romance" like the best video of the decade.
