Statements Lady Gaga about "Born This Way Ball Tour" and her upcoming album

During the press conference of the "Bambi Awards", Gaga has made some interesting statements. About "Born This Way Ball Tour" she says:

"I have really wanted to be back on tour. I just finished designing my scenary." And regarding the upcoming album said: "I'm already writing my fourth album."
